Discover History with a Side of Wine
Corporate Group Entertainment
Help your guests connect more deeply with the fascinating historic areas they’re visiting and make their trip truly unforgettable. Our tours are thoughtfully designed to engage, inspire, and delight with a unique blend of:
- Historical stories that vividly bring the past to life
- Tastings that highlight world-famous wines and regional specialties, and
- Useful knowledge to take home, enjoy, and proudly share with others.
Most importantly, we create meaningful, lasting memories that live on well beyond the trip itself.
How It Began
In September 2017, our founder Kirsten Fox—a descendant of Utah miners and a Certified Executive Sommelier—had a spark of inspiration: “Wait a sec… ‘mines’ rhymes with ‘wines’!”
The very next month, she launched our first tour, Mines & Wines, designed for visiting corporate groups in Park City. Another tour followed. An average of 87 groups, of about 25 guests per tour have enjoyed in the experiences. In the right place, the tours sell themselves.
High-end corporate guests are hard to please, but we have a system that delivers a playful, memorable, luxe experience time and time again.
What entertaining, group tours are available in Utah?
Mines & Wines
Mining History with a Side of Wine Education
A unique and engaging experience exploring Park City's rich mining history, paired with carefully selected and interesting wines, provides an outing that is both memorable and meaningful! This immersive 3-hour Park City tour begins at your hotel, where a crisp, refreshing sparkling wine is served to your guests as they board a comfortable luxury vehicle. Along the way, you’ll discover six fascinating historic landmarks around Park City while sipping wines that Kirsten Fox, Headmistress and executive sommelier, personally selects to match each location’s story. Light, paired nibbles are included to enhance the tasting experience.
Gold Medal Wine Tour
Utah Olympic Park in Park City with a Side of Wine Education
Your Utah Olympic Park groups will discover the amazing park, home to many of the 2002 Olympic events and the recently awarded 2034 Winter Olympics, while they enjoy wines that have been selected to reflect these stunning sites. Imagine adding tastes of four, gold-medal winning wines to your guests' experience. During the tour, a UOP guide highlights Olympic facts, stories and facilities. And, at each stop, a wine team greets the guests, pours a taste of a fabulous wine, and the sommelier explains cool facts about the gold-medal-winning wine and why it was selected to pair with the stop.
Saints & Sips
Mormon History with a Side of Wine and Whiskey Education
Enjoy a fascinating 2.5-hour guided tour to discover historic sites in the Salt Lake City area tied to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (aka Mormon) religion, while savoring thoughtfully chosen fine wines and a distinctive whiskey that reflect the stories of these remarkable locations. At each stop, your knowledgeable guide will highlight the historic site, explain its importance to the church, and share its present-day significance within the community. Guests will enjoy curated tastings en route to the next location, creating a seamless blend of history and flavor. Light, paired nibbles are included to round out the experience.
Looking Ahead
In 2026, we’ll be opening our doors to three-to-five licensee partners nationwide. They will be founding licensees with commensurate benefits. Our vision is to start our licensing slowly and carefully so we see more people share in this powerful experience—bonding over history, exploring the region’s stories, and discovering fascinating wine insights along the way.
Because when you combine history with a side of wine, you don’t just learn—you connect, laugh, and take home memories worth sharing.
